Position Summary:
This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role will support the work of management and other staff.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, answer all inbound calls in a courteous and professional manor
- Manage customer service email inbox .
- Answer phones, schedule service, and write orders up for delivery. Obtain approval for RO orders and scan orders into Navusoft.
- Communicate with customers eta's reschedules through communication with operations team.
- Communicate product knowledge to current and potential new customers
- Resolve customer issues If unable to resolve escalate to Sales Rep. and or management via email, verbally or voicemail.
- Process insurance certificate requests
- Take customer payments / assist in helping customer navigate through the customer portal
- Scale ticket processing – which includes auditing drivers data entry for accuracy, resolve any landfill or service completion status, verify billing on every work order is correct, release work orders to billing once all data has been verified and corrected

Education:
- High School Diploma
- Post – secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset
Bilingual – Preferred
Experience and Competencies:
- 1-3 years of experience in an office environment
- Experience in the waste industry is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Suite is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor
