The ideal candidate is willing to deliver exceptional customer service, someone who is detail-oriented and would be excited to join a fast paced high energy team. This position is Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
Ability to handle high cost merchandise daily by checking it in and out of our systems.
Shipping and receiving merchandise daily to provide the biggest inventory options to our client's customers.
Research on sourcing the best stones and metals to create masterful pieces of jewelry.
Bring creative ideas to our team as we often talk about jewelry designs and things we see trending and revisiting the classics.
Daily administrative, detail oriented tasks
Contribute to internal documentation details
Act as an advocate to improve the customer experience
Engage with customers and suppliers daily
Constant attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
2+ years proven administrative, customer service and operations experience combined.
