We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the cash register. Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations
- Assist with shift change by counting money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of a shift
- Restock and organize shelves, ensuring the store looks fresh and inviting for the customers.
Keep the hot food and coffee station well-stocked and inviting, ensuring that fresh, hot food and coffee is always ready for our customers.
- Keep open air cooler well-stocked.
- Check and replenishes stock on food service supplies such as cups, lids condiments, napkins etc.
- Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older if located in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. For all other states, must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal history background check.

- You’re punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in your work.
- You’re adaptable and ready to take on a variety of tasks in our fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required. We believe in learning on the job.
