Customer Service Rep

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and noting all details on a computer. Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Sales experience is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
