Customer Service - Warehouse Rep

• Address Customer Service needs efficiently using various communication channels.
• Familiarize yourself with the product line and prepare accurate pricing quotes for customers.
• Retrieve customer orders and enter them into the system.
• Work closely with the warehouse floor to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Preferred experience in parts desk, or related role.
• Exhibit exception communication, listening, and strong mathematical skills involving measurements.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, though not required.
• Forklift experience helpful.
