Experienced Call Center/Appointment Center
The Call Center/Customer Service position assists in incoming call Lead Generation, Customer Service & Administrative duties necessary to operate efficiently and effectively. This individual will be responsible for assisting customer calls. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and an interested in working in a fast paced environment. A "CAN DO" attitude. This position reports to the Office Manager.
Customer Service
Answer multiple phone lines and convert leads to appointments for custom closets, garage, murphy bed, pantries and offices.
Initial point of contact on telephones
Convert leads to appointments
Check daily voicemails & return calls
Enter information into company Database
Take incoming phone calls to book follow-up appointments for designers
Check that appointments are confirmed each morning as needed
Process credit card payments for designers and installers
Process Internet Leads
Update Database per each client conversation
Update designer with Designer Availability
Create Client folders & labels for sold jobs
Scan completed jobs into electronic format
Unassigned Leads – follow up and contact clients
Additional duties as assigned
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, ability to learn new software. Excellent phone demeanor. Multi-tasker. Attention to detail.
Be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Must be able to successfully pass a Background check.
Full Time Position. Salary commensurate with relevant experience.
