The Opportunity

As an Avantive representative you are part of our inbound Customer Support team, and your passion for providing an exceptional customer experience contributes to our world-class level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the first line of contact to customers nationwide, you communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and will help reunite pet lovers with their missing pet. *With apologies, we are not hiring in the following states: CA, CT, DC, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, WA. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as Avantive Solutions' frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet-parents.
  • Reassure the caller who may be panicked about their missing fur-baby.
  • Provide a positive experience for our customers.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities.
  • Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls.
  • Daily phone calls may increase during peak periods.
  • Day and evening schedules available – we hire to a specific shift.

What You’ll Bring:

  • One year of call center or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire.
