Immediate opening for a Customer Support Associate.

DenLine Uniforms ® is a Quincy Based 30-Year-Old Industry Leading Supplier of Disposable and Reusable PPE Lab Coats. Our PPE is used to protect employees working in “Incidental Splash” Non-Surgical Bloodborne Applications like Dental and Medical Labs...both mandated by OSHA.....

The Customer Support Associate will have the following primary responsibilities:

Ø Primary Responsibility for Answering Incoming Phone Calls

Ø Enter Incoming Orders from Laundries and Medical Accounts using QuickBooks Software.

Includes: Correcting Order Information, Prices, and Acknowledging Orders.

Ø Create Pick Tickets for Each Order

Ø Daily Reporting on Incoming Orders from Major Laundry Account

Ø Process Incoming Orders from Dental Hygiene and Assisting Schools (Seasonal)

Ø Keep updated Electronic and/or Physical Order Files for Medical & Laundry Accounts

Ø Maintain Files of Silk Screen and Embroidery

The person we hire will have the following background of experience:

> Minimum 2 Year Associates Degree, with emphasis on Basic Math (+,- x) and Computers.

> Experience Handling Incoming Calls from Customers

> Experience with QuickBooks Order Entry.

> Experience using QuickBooks to develop Sales Reports

>MS Office (Word) and Outlook for E-Mails..

Full Time Hourly Position 40 Hours Weekly, 8-5 M-F

Office Location 301 Oak Street, Quincy, IL 62301

Wages- Competitive Hourly Rate plus Quarterly Performance Bonus
