$45,000 - $52,000 + Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, & 401(k)

We are actively seeking to bring on a Client Support Specialist to provide professional, quality customer service to our existing customers and clients. As a ClientSupport Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting outside sales by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems and assisting with calls and the ordering process.
Responsibilities:
- Assists customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Maintains client records by updating account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing client information to help meet sales goal
- Prepares support materials along with placement and tracking of sample orders for meetings
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM 1 year of experience in a Customer/Client Support role (no retail)
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, and typing skills required
- Be highly organized and adept at multi-tasking and time management
