About the team: The Digital Markets team is part of the North American Customers & Strategy team. The function of the digital markets team is to drive the overall growth and performance of the eCommerce business across all business lines of ZF Aftermarket. The sales support role in the digital markets team will manage the day-to-day touchpoints with the end users/buyers. This includes order management and customer engagement through inbound messaging and active review management. The role is an active part of the team and will be key is driving the customer experience of the end users/buyers.

 

What you can look forward to in Customer Service/Sales Support E-Commerce:

  • Daily review of inbound orders and expected ship time frames to ensure no gaps within the IT connections.
  • Submission and responsibility for clearing of orders within compliance block.
  • Responding to all inbound buyer inquiries within 1 hour, by working with necessary product or tech departments.
  • Submit necessary documentation for inbound returns. Specialist to liaison with DC returns team for restocking when needed.
  • Approve buyer refunds as appropriate and add necessary credits to account. Review, approve and process daily returns requests from customer accounts.
  • Track all inbound customer inquiries, complaints and returns by part number.
  • Use tracked information and share with category management so that they may take necessary actions.
  • Evaluate response/operational performance reports within customer portals to propose process improvements for order shipments and order returns.
  • Provide responses to all buyer reviews and ratings. Escalate areas of concern.
  • Become expert within each customer portal to stay up to date on customer system changes and expectations that influence the return expectations and customer response timeline to ensure ZF Aftermarket in meeting those requirements.

 

 

Your Profile for Customer Service/Sales Support E-Commerce:

  • 3-4+ years Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office proficient with strong knowledge in Excel.
  • Experience in SAP preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, process, and analysis skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
  • Independent worker who is a strong team player and will succeed among a fast-working group and with high dedication.
  • Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket market is a plus.
