Description:
-Works in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
-Obtain and verify accuracy of information received from referrals, creating orders, and scheduling patients to receive ordered equipment.
-Educate Patients of their financial responsibility when applicable.
Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of Customer Service experience (retail, restaurant are acceptable)
Experience with Microsoft Office
Shift:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay:
$16/hr
