CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our innovative and fast-growing Front Row Team. This is a Hybrid Role requiring a mix of in office and remote time based in our Edina, MN Office.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you play a critical role on our Customer Service Team. In this Role, you are responsible for leading customer facing projects and acting as a subject matter expert, liaison, and trouble shooter for the Vendors we represent. Additionally, you are responsible for providing Best in Class Customer Service, answering incoming questions and requests, and providing timely and accurate service and solutions to our Vendors and Customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to incoming customer inquiry calls and emails, providing resources and solutions with a sense of urgency.
- Research and prepare product quotes for customers.
- Conduct weekly comparative shopping analyses on vendor products we represent. Analyze pricing, and update/correct issues as necessary.
- Manage and execute item updates including new item set ups, retail image editing, product descriptions and price adjustments per vendor instructions.
- Assist with the request for quote (RFQ) process and provide timely solutions.
- Manage vendor projects, help facilitate customer intake inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Track and update call logs, spreadsheets, and project databases on time.
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and collaboratively with Teams, Vendors and Leadership.
- High level organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Best in class Customer Service with excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Proficient with (or the ability to become quickly proficient with) Microsoft Office Suite and a range of generalized/specialized software used in the industry and company.
- The ability to meet all duties and responsibilities listed with or without reasonable accommodations.
