Customer Service Specialist (Part-Time)

The Times Leader Newspaper is now hiring for a Part Time Customer ServiceSpecialist /Sales position. This is a part time position working 20-25 hours per week. Every other Sunday is required and occasional evenings.

Ideal candidate will be Customer Service and sales driven with good computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Making outgoing calls to current customers

- Some data entry

- Upgrading and selling new & current customers

- Resolve customer issues to satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Rotating shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Work setting:

• In-person
