Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA to join our team at Solin! Solin is the world's largest marketplace for fitness challenges and programs. We work with large Instagram & TikTok creators to launch online fitness experiences on our mobile app.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for handling all inbound emails from users who have questions or inquiries. We're looking for a strong problem solver who can move quickly and proactively and is obsessed with the success of our customers! This role is ideal for someone looking to join a scrappy, early-stage support team and set the tone for how we help our customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Role Details:

  • Hourly $20-$24 range (exact hourly wage will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience)
  • This role is a contracted role to start, and if candidate performs well and enjoys working at Solin, we would look to transition candidate to full-time with benefits.
  • To date, support has been handled by one of our founders, so you will receive great training and we will make sure you have what you need to excel in your role!

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 1+ years of experience in a front-line customer support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to internalize customer concerns, solve them, and keep them positive
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Pride in your craft

Candidate is required to live in Los Angeles area. Our office is in Venice, CA and we will ask that you come to the office daily for two weeks of training, and will ask that you come in to the office 2-3 days / month once you have finished your training!
