Job Description
An established premium cleaners is looking for a self-driven, customer-driven, ambitious Customer Service/Cashier to join their team! As a Customer Service/Cashier, you will support customers through a variety of tasks related to communication and problem solving. The Customer Service job scope includes communicating via phone, greeting customers, and completing administrative duties accurately delivered with high quality service in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Meet & greet customers at retail counter
- Handle customer transactions
- Answer telephones
- Receive garments from customers (i.e. create work orders on computer)
- Tag incoming inventory with control and instruction forms
- Assist clients who are picking up/dropping off their orders
- Initiate phone/mail/email contact with clients when necessary
- Perform barcode scan inventories
- Providing solutions for customer problems
- Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing overall great customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service (Dry Cleaning preferred)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work independently
Salary: $16-$19/hour
Hours: Sun: 8:45am - 5pm; M-Th: 7:45am - 6pm ; F: 7:45am - (right before sundown)
