We have an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for team members with a positive, professional attitude who want to grow with our company. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be taking inbound sales calls and scheduling appointments. Someone successful in this role will enjoy scheduling detailed appointments for our Comfort Consultants and creating a connection with our customers.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00/Hour
Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Description:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to existing and potential customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Comfort Consultants.
- Assist Comfort Consultants in closing jobs through phone calls, discussion, and assistance.
- Create and maintain job files.
- Assist customers with financing portal.
- Maintain daily / monthly commission totals, update daily.
- Assist Comfort Consultants with administrative needs on occasion, which may include payment processing, lookup of customer info, rescheduling, etc.
- Create, update, and maintain customer records within the service system database, ServiceTitan.
- Collect and apply customer payments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- MS Office proficient; ServiceTitan experience desired
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service, phone or in-person
- HVAC knowledge a plus
- Basic math skills, research, and problem solving
- Professional communication, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude in difficult situations
- Ability to assess and prioritize work throughout the day
