$30,000 - $50,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
- Able to pivot quick
- Solutions-oriented
- Humble and coachable attitude
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Get an Insurance License, and once licensed, sell your appointments
