SalaryKJ Group LLC., better known as 2impress and Fox Valley Team Sports, has an opening for a Customer Service Retail Clerk position. This is a part-time position on Mondays 9:15am-6:15pm and Fridays 9:15am-5:15pm only for a total of 15 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist customers in person and by phone answering questions, taking information, and processing retail sales.
- Retail sales with walk-in customers
- Filing of work orders, catalogs, and other sales and marketing materials
- Tagging of retail items.
- Compiling lists of prospective customers to support our sales and marketing efforts
- Cleaning, organizing, and inventory of our retail store, bathrooms, and office area
This position requires:
- The desire to assist customers in person and on the phone
- Ability to learn new computer programs quickly, including Excel
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Abilty to reach, twist, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent phone skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as understand the importance of working as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Good work ethic, dependability
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, upbeat attitude
