SalaryPrecision Garage Door Service is a growing local family-owned garage door service company that services the Salem/ Portland OR/Vancouver, WA metro area. We pride ourselves on being the best garage door company in the industry! Precision Garage Door Service is currently seeking a Dispatch/ Customer Service /Scheduler to work 3-4 days per week, Sunday-Tuesday additions of Fridays once trained. 10 hour days
Customer service skills, dispatching and excellent communication skills are needed, along with office experience, Excel; Emails; and Word we will train you on the products and services we offer.
Job Duties:
- Taking inbound calls from prospects or existing customers, answering product and service questions, scheduling appointments related to garage doors and garage door openers
- Managing repair schedule and dispatching technicians.
- Making outbound follow-up calls to customers.
- Creating and updating information in our computer systems while focusing on maintaining a high level of accuracy and responding quickly.
- Ability to make quick decisions and understand customer's needs.
- Data entry and other areas of administrative work.
- This is an immediate opening so you MUST be in the Portland area and available to start asap (2-weeks notice to previous employer acceptable).
- Occasional errands or delivery of parts. A valid Oregon or Washington driver's license and good driving record are required for this part.

Job Requirements:
Service and Sales Tech Dispatch knowledge of the local area a plus High School Diploma minimum
- Experience with Customer Service and an office environment
- Work schedule- Sunday to Tuesday (10 hr days-4 days off to start )
- There will be some Saturday shifts to fill in when necessary
