Job Description
High's Chimney is the premier Chimney Company in Maryland. We are currently looking for an Entry Level Customer Service/Scheduler. This person would be under the direct supervision of the office manager providing administrative support to the office manager & other office staff. Duties and Requirements:
- Handling daily office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Accounts Receivable
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

This is a full time Position 8 hrs. a day, Monday-Friday. Possible Saturdays.
We are currently looking to fill one Office Assistant/Scheduler position.
