Roto-Rooter is America’s premier provider of plumbing and drain cleaning service.
We are looking for an individual that has a dynamic phone presence and solid Customer Service skills to fill our Dispatcher/CSR opening. You must be a self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and follow-up in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required.

Essential functions of the position include:
- Field incoming calls to increase sales/job count
- Interview customers by phone to obtain all necessary information to provide best service
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and sell other services
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers
- Contact new and existing customers to introduce our services and send marketing materials
- Ability to work independent
- Schedule preventative maintenance with existing customers
