Weaver Home Medical is looking for an experienced DME Customer Service Rep to join our team.
This position is responsible for CPAP & BiPAP resupply orders
Providing exceptional Customer Service to our patients and providers
Schedule patients for initial DME setups
Respond to telephone inquiries and orders from homecare patients and referral sources
Receive patient and referral requests
Review medical records and orders for billable services
Verify insurance and/or other method of payment and obtain authorization when necessary
Process and review orders received for medical equipment
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical office ethics, experience, and familiarity with ICD-10, HCPC, and CPT codes and medical terminology.
Knowledge of in-network and out-of-network billing options
EMR/EHR experience a plus
Must be detail-oriented
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with the public and to remain calm under stress.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
DME/CSR 1 year (Preferred)
A high school diploma or GED is required
Previous healthcare experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
