Tillamook Country Smoker is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their satisfaction with our premium meat snacks. Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Offer detailed information about our delicious meat snacks and help customers make informed choices.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly.
- Order Processing:
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with our shipping and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about our product offerings, promotions, and special features.
- Communicate effectively about the quality, flavors, and unique attributes of Tillamook Country Smoker products.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve customer complaints or challenges in a positive and timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for efficient resolution.
- Communication:
- Keep customers informed about order status, shipping updates, and any relevant product information.
- Provide clear and concise communication about account details and promotions.
- Logistics:
· Manage RMA’s-coordinate returns and keep log up to date.
· Work with carriers and customers on any shipping discrepancies.
· Keep shipping documents filed and provide when requested.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or logistics is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Customer Service software and systems is a plus.
- Passion for Tillamook Country Smoker products and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to customers.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or education in Customer Service is a bonus.
Working Conditions: This role is hybrid. Two days a week on site is required.
