Customer Service Representative
Rothe Development, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at the Commercial Calibration Laboratory located in Houston, TX. The Cal Lab provides calibration and repair services for customers’ Measuring and Test Equipment (MTE).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer interface with staff
- Responsible for final quality inspection of completed equipment.
- Maintain files containing outsourced tool paperwork and customer purchase orders including scanning to PDF and filing as required.
- Ensure CSR processes are being followed and quality goals are being met.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving customer equipment and parts through both 3rd party services and in-house methods.
- Assist in other duties which may include:
- Pack and load tools for delivery
- Drive as needed.

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform work within specific time limits and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail
Experience / Education
- Requires Highschool diploma
- Requires a clean driving record.
- Preferred experience working with multi-discipline teams and customers.
- No formal experience required; will provide On Job Training (OJT)
Work Conditions
