Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat one on one direct at residence

- Provide product information and assistance to customers

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

Work in a team effort with members of the team
We are looking for several positions direct sales team leaders canvassers sales managers as well must be ready to start imidiatley

Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and customer management
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
