EXPECTATIONS
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Provide accurate and timely updates on order status, including tracking information and transit times.
· Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
· Coordinate shipments, optimizing resources and planning routes effectively.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
· Manage documentation for international shipments, including customs paperwork and permits.
· Proactively identify and resolve transportation issues, ensuring seamless delivery.
· Liaise with relevant parties to address client concerns and offer effective solutions.
· Generate reports and analytics to track performance metrics and drive improvement.
SKILLS
· Proficiency in Windows-based systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Fluent in Spanish preferred.
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
· Ability to relay information accurately and efficiently across various channels.
· Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-up.
