Customer Service Representative

Are you ready to join a team that's been keeping things busy? Here at AAA Heating & Cooling we're on the lookout for another part-time Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department!

Here's the description:

An afternoon shift available: Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-5:00pm. No evenings or weekends required, ever! We believe in keeping that work-life balance just right.

No Cold Calling Here: We're not your average call center! As a CSR, you'll be fielding incoming calls and reaching out to our fantastic existing customers to schedule their service calls. No HVAC experience necessary – just bring your friendly phone skills, and we'll handle the rest!

Besides your hourly wage, there's a commission waiting for every maintenance call you book, plus additional commissions for any additional services sold. Our current CSRs are making between $24-$40 an hour on average after commission.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls with a smile.
Remind our awesome customers when it's time for their yearly tune-ups and schedule those appointments like a pro.
Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide top-notch service.
Keep records of customer interactions and stay organized using our scheduling software.
Work with a supportive team to handle any customer concerns or complaints with grace and professionalism.

Skills:

Customer support experience or a natural talent for client service.
Strong phone skills and the ability to listen actively.
Basic computer skills to navigate our dispatching software and record sales data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – you're the voice of AAA Heating & Cooling!
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage your time like a pro.

Salary: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
