CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE! Hiring ASAP!

A Day in the Role:
- Take inbound to answer questions and work towards a solution (40-50) and make outbound calls when available (90-120+ calls a day) and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
- Answer customers questions regarding bills and payments
- Show an effort to their clients that their making outreach to their lead
- Offer options on how to pay/negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangement
- Use Noble for receiving calls and dialing out
Requirements:
- Customer service
- 1+ year of call center experience ( required)
- Ability to multitask, tech savvy, phone experience
- Customer service call center ( preferred but not required)
