**Wanted** Customer Service Representatives! Qualified candidates may have the option to work from home! We are currently seeking motivated individuals to work Full-Time Monday-Friday. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. NO WEEKENDS!! Our company location is close to the Miami International Airport. EOE/Drug-free workplace.
Responsibilities include:
· Answer customer inquiries regarding extended warranty coverage and claims in a professional and courteous manner
· Assist contract holders and repair facilities with questions on claim payments
· Provide Customer Service support for the cancellations department
· Initiate GAP claims
· Data entry for new contracts
· Assisting with special projects as needed
· Assisting other departments when necessary
· All other duties as assigned by Management personnel
· Excellent communications and typing skills
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Ability to learn quickly and apply strong reading comprehension
· Possess a high level of patience
· Excellent teamwork
· Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
