We have an exciting full time entry level Customer Service Representative to join our team based at our Pennsauken site the USA. This role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, support, and experience. This includes effective communication with customers to address their needs, providing exceptional Customer Service, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
Tower operates common processes and standards to ensure proximity, availability and consistency for customers at every touch point, anywhere in the world and we need you as our Customer Service Representative to support this process with fantastic service that always aims to exceed customer expectations

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and timely manner
- Process customer quotes, orders and communications and complete all required administration to support efficient and accurate customer records
- Take initiative to resolve escalations or complaints
- Support the Sales team with information to support best Customer Service relationship
- Administrate the Customer Relationship Management system with the highest degree of accuracy while keeping sales and account managers up to date with relevant changes within customer details
- Compliance with Tower’s Integrated Management System and internal processes
- Complete all other tasks as may be required of the Customer Service Representative to support the delivery of excellent Customer Service and efficient operations within the US regional team or supporting global teams

Job Requirements:
Essential
- Good written skills and clear communication skills with a polite and friendly telephone manner
- Good attention to detail with good numeracy and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner
- Customer oriented and a strong drive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Good understanding of basic Office 365 ( Word, email . basic excel skills ) ·
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Great time management and organized with your work
Desirable but not essential
- 0-2 years experience in a fast paced industry
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer relationship management system experience
- Previous experience working as a client relationship representative or a track record of managing customer relationships an advantage
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industries is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
