Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate:$16/hr.
Location:Houston, Texas 77066
Hours:Monday – Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Receive heavy volume of phone calls and emails.
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot web platform issues.
- Reset passwords and help customers navigate through the web platform.
- Check on order status and provide updates to customers.
- Provide solutions and alternatives when items are on backorder.
- Initiate customer returns, print order tickets, and process partial shipments to warehouse.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4 or more years of call center or experience with high-volume calls.
- Strong data entry skills including 20key (40 wpm+).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience the full cycle of the product ordering process.
