Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at a leading Solar and Roofing Company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone and via email. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, making outbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our Solar and Roofing products and services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and confirm appointments.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Manage and update customer information in the database accurately, including contact details, service requests, and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with our sales and installation teams to schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback, service requests, and any issues that require attention.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries or complaints effectively, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Customer Service or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or call center role preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and Customer Service software; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of the Solar and Roofing industry or construction-related experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not required.
