Epic Radon is a residential construction business installing Radon Mitigation Systems in homes with elevated Radon Levels.
In this position, clients are calling in, in need of our services. We then take all pertinent information regarding the scope of work, provide a formal estimate for services, and set an installation date!
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation. We have 2 offices, Okemos and Brighton. This position is for Okemos but you will need to travel to Brighton from time to time as well.
- Experience with over the phone sales/Customer Service
- Strong computer skills are a must as you must be able to talk over the phone and type simultaneously, without causing delay.
- Experience in the construction industry. General knowledge of home construction is needed.
- Experience in logistics/scheduling is helpful but not a must-have. Ability to quickly look at the schedule to assess the next available appointment date in their area/region.
- High ability to problem solve and adapt on the spot. Clients can throw some great curve balls at us. Be ready to catch it.
- Exceptional Customer Service attitude above no other!
- Able to sit at a desk, on the phone, in front of the computer 8 hours per day and not go crazy.
This position will be challenging and may be slightly overwhelming in the beginning as there will be a lot to learn. Working side by side for as long as it takes, we are here to help you succeed.
