The Customer Service Representative will assist patients with picking up and checking out their medications.
This is a full-time position located in Florence, SC (360 N. Irby Street).
The Pharmacy is open Mon-Fri: 8am-7pm and Sat: 9am-3pm and the work schedule will be an eight-hour shift Mon-Fri, plus occasional Saturday shifts.

About the Role:
- Operate the cash register and balance the drawer accurately
- Accept prescription orders and evaluate information for completeness and accuracy
- Work with the Drive-Thru Team both inside and outside
- Coordinate and track daily deliveries
- Ensure daily deposits are properly carried out in a timely way
- Maintain a positive, professional, and caring attitude toward customers at all times
- Provide excellent Customer Service by acknowledging, assisting, and showing compassion toward all patients
- Communicate effectively and courteously with all Pharmacy Team members
- Multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a neat and organized workstation
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
- Embrace and perform in the spirit of the company's core values and goals
About You:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate's degree or higher preferred, especially in a related healthcare field
- Must be actively Registered as a Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy (BOP) in South Carolina
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong typing and data-entry skills
- Cashiering and Customer Service experience a plus
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation to get to and from our Florence, SC pharmacy on a regular basis
- Must be energetic and flexible and have a positive, helpful attitude both in-person and on the phone

Pay range: $15 - $17 per hour, based on credentials and geographic location
