Customer Service Representative

The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative is responsible for executing the “lead lifecycle” of the sales process:

Must be located in Florida.

-Executing the “Lead Lifecycle”

-Customer Interaction and Sales Execution

-Service Excellence and Issue Resolution

-Performance Management and Team Collaboration

-Responsible for other duties as assigned to ensure the effective management and operating capabilities of the Company’s overall Sales and Marketing function

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

-Ability to operate a multi-line phone system

-Excellent Customer Service skills

-Strong data-entry skills
