Hours are Monday – Friday: 6am – 4pm
Who we are:
Manufactured Duct and Supply is a - GROWING – Privately-Owned, Wholesale Distributor of Heating & A/C (HVAC) products. Headquartered in Doraville, GA with other locations in Duluth and Marietta. We provide excellent service to our Residential and Commercial contractors through having the products they need in stock and job site deliveries.
What You Will Do:
All MDS representatives deliver quality Customer Service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Counter Sales Representative, this means:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
- Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing.
- Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products.
- Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts.
- Stock inventory as needed in the showroom.
- Price out basic quotes & product availability
- Answering customer calls professionally and politely
- General cleaning & showroom upkeep
What You Need to Succeed:
- Customer Service experience required.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
- High school diploma or GED completion is required.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The physical abilities required for this position include walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
Preferred:
- Hvac knowledge/experience
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a huge plus
