Salary- We’re looking for a Contact Center Agent who has experience with customer-focused/deadline-driven/high-energy environment, and who can provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance to their team, and our membership.
- Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $21.15 - $22.33 for this role.
- Monday-Friday 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
- Rotating Saturdays between 8:50 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- The Contact Center Agent will work within a call center environment, assist members and potential members with their telephone, chat or email requests while providing efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and courteous service.
- Professionally provide first call resolution by assisting members and potential members with telephone and chat requests; answer questions about products and services including loan products; recommend products that will benefit the member; resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve; refer problems that are beyond their authority to the Contact Center leadership team as necessary.
- Maintain an advanced level of knowledge of Credit Union products, services, features and benefits, lending guidelines, policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identifies and encourage cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
- Take ownership of all member requests via telephone or chat with the goal to conduct one-call resolutions or with minimal transfer to other departments within the Credit Union.
- Assist members with Online Banking and related Web-based banking products.

Requirements:Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
Experience:
- Two years in a financial institution and/or call center environment.
Required Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Basic software applications.
- Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering rules required.
