Outbound Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outbound Customer Service Representative. Our company Frontier Claims is a Public Adjusting Firm that handles property insurance claims on behalf of homeowners. At this job you will be responsible for onboarding calls to new clients to help explain our process and role to the homeowners. This individual will also be responsible for weekly email updates to our current clients and homeowners we are working with. We are looking for a candidate who has Customer Service experience, and is very comfortable onboarding clients over the phone. This position will require around 20 hours per week, although we are willing to work with this individual on their daily work schedule. This will be a hybrid position of office/home work. On the job training will be provided, and this individual will be working closely with our adjusters in the case that help is needed. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues

- Make follow up calls with new clients until closing
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Perform weekly email updates to our current clients

- Monitor and respond to our customer inquiries email

Skills:
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (Bilingual)
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
