Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday with some Saturdays
Compensation: DOE (depending on experience)
Job duties:
- Process customer orders by creating the necessary documentation and support materials to clearly communicate order specifications.
- Process other customer requests such as quotations, job status, and other information in a timely and proactive manner.
- Provide support, under the direction of the assigned sales representative, to internal and external customers through communication channels and tasks.
- Communicate status of requests for orders and pending projects on job status update.
- Communication both written and oral with internal and external customers as required.
- Make suggestions/ or request for current and future needs.
- Work with purchasing to ensure materials for customer order are procured.
- Previous Customer Service experience is required for this role.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to work weekends as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
