OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide focal point for customers’ contact with OTH, proactively solve logistic issues and coordinate with internal departments to maximize efficiencies to provide highest value to both the customer and OTH.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop strong relationships with customers to anticipate logistic needs.
- Cross-train two other Customer Service Representatives to be named by Supervisor to ensure timely & accurate Customer Service when you are out of the office
- Coordinate internal resources including physical assets and personnel with Planning and Operations departments to meet customer requirements.
- Liaison between Customer, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Planning Departments.
- Coordinate activities of communications and monitor inventory for respective accounts.
- Responsible for timely and accurate customer invoicing
- Ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Enter data into TMS and customers’ systems, and close out all customer assigned orders in TMS accurately.
- Meetings with customers.
- Confirm all direct moves with the customers’ surveyors and maintain all the supporting documentation.
- Maintain all the truck, rail, and marine orders by tank number.
- Verify that all truck and rail movements are accurately reported on the tank activity reports.
- Maintain all end of month reports.
- Enter all customer complaints/non-conformances into Intelex.
- Follow company policies and comply with company regulations. Cooperate and support colleagues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5-year minimum related work experience.
- Above average planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills required, verbal and business writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Professional attitude and dress code.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Air-conditioned non-smoking office environment.
- Proximity to hazardous petrochemicals.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Carry mobile telephone, must be able to answer urgent or emergency calls on a 24-hour basis.
- Typical work hours are from 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
- Occasional weekend hours as work-loan requires.
- Extended work hours during month-end processing.
- Occasionally after hours.
