Form of workControlled Holdings, an award-winning?distributer of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a self-driven and highly motived Customer Service Representative for our eCommerce division. A successful candidate will be an all-around go-getter! You're a natural born problem solver with a knack for understanding people. You've mastered the art of making consumers comfortable when they're purchasing, implementing our service, or troubleshooting.

Details, Details:
- Understand our product and service well enough to answer questions and solve customer problems via phone, email, or live chat
- Process customer orders and returns
- Identify and assess Customer data
- Be the customer advocate internally at Jackson Systems
- Conduct any necessary analysis and reporting
- Navigate and notate within our various E-commerce platforms to find and solve any issues
- Other duties as assigned
Our Expectations:
- Persistence and a "do what it takes" attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Passion for Customer Service, people, and technology.
- Demonstrated track record of Customer Service via phone and email
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Be an outside the box thinker (if something is not working, how can we fix it)
- Calm and collected when handling difficult situations with customers
- Well organized
