RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative assistance tothe company
• Handle all incoming mail andhigh-volume calls
• Assist in scheduling allattorney calendars
• Greetand assist walk-in clients with completing consultation forms
• Organize and file legaldocuments
• Take payments
• Detail-oriented andinterpersonal skills
• Handle clientpayments/invoices
• Other duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to work weekendsas needed
• Available to travel to differentoffices in the miami area
• High school diploma orequivalent
• Bilingual - Proficient in Spanish andEnglish
• Prior Customer Serviceexperience
• Must be computer literate andproficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing
• Strong administrative andorganizational skills
• Efficient communicationskills
• Ability tomeet deadlines
