Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to answer phone calls and manage customer queries. You will be asked to price glass, process orders, quote windshields/flat glass, look up makes and models of vehicles with various part numbers and choose the correct one. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm in a busy work environment, take good notes and have experience working with computers. Good, friendly Customer Service is a must.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. I.e. (phone, email, fax, text)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Bidding glass while the customer is on the phone, processing orders, and making sure it gets loaded onto the proper trip for deliveries and any other customer request.
- Keeping records of customers quotes, transactions, and comments.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing any feedback on efficiency, pricing and customer comments or complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Wyoming driver's license.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience working with customer support.
- Strong time management and Customer Service skills.
- Attention to detail.
