Job Summary: Superlative RM, a leader in receivables management/revenue cycle management, is expanding its team. Job Functions:
- Independently manage a portfolio of consumer collection accounts
- Utilize multiple systems to understand each consumer's financial situation
- Analyze personal financial information to negotiate resolutions
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
- Adhere to quality standards and ensure lawful interactions with consumers
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals
- Negotiate payments through various channels
- Maintain consistent work efforts in a fast-paced environment
Skills/Knowledge/Education:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Inquisitive nature and critical thinking skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable
- Knowledge of FDCPA and other collection laws is preferred
- Training provided for the right team member
Equipment Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A reliable computer or laptop with dual monitors minimum 24”
- Windows 11 Home/Pro Operating System
- High-speed internet connection with ethernet capable (Minimum 100mb) for seamless communication.
- Headset with microphone (Noise Canceling) and mute function.
- Comfortable workspace conducive to focused work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
