We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and outbound calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to acheive satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/Customer Service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-Follow commuication procedures, guidelines, and policies
-Take the extra mile to engage customers
-Meet or exceed all company standard KPI's
Requirements:
- Proven sales and customer support experience or expereince as a client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
