The position is all things taking care of our customers who are both gifting and receiving our meals. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team who is energetic, organized, and takes initiative.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are a must! This position includes office/administrative style work such as answering phones, responding to emails, order processing, vendor communication, working within our Shopify website, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to customers over the phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and track customer interactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Communicate with other teams at Instead of Flowers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
