Customer Service Associate Duties:
- Answer customer messages, e-mails, and phone calls (order information, technical information, etc.)
- Process returns (receive inventory back in stock)
- Process refunds
- Assist with miscelaneous e-commerce needs
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or eCommerce experience (eBay, Amazon, .com) preferred
- Average to advanced computer skills required
- Knowledge of mobile devices preferred (Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, mobile carriers)
- Clear communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Customer Service, Retail, E-Commerce and Sales experience preferred
- US citizen or valid work authorization
- Access to reliable transportation (car preferably)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
