Medicaid & Medicare Denials

We are seeking two Medicaid and one Medicare Denials Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling denials, credits, claims, and pain claim with balances for Medicare Part B and Medicaid Part B + replacement plans. You will be required to follow up on denials and ensure that claims are processed correctly.

Location: Jasper, IN (100% remote after training)

Type: Temporary - Indefinite

Pay: $16-19 per hour (entry level starts at $16)

Responsibilities:

• Process denials for Medicare Part B and Medicaid Part B + replacement plans
• Follow up on denials and ensure that claims are processed correctly
• Handle credits, claims, and pain claims with balances
• Ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Medicaid billing experience or 1 year of Medicare billing experience
• Experience in healthcare front desk is a plus
• Basic understanding of insurance and billing processes
• Familiarity with Epic software is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
