Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Admin Support
Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to fulfil the role of Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist. This position is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, efficient administrative processes, and exceptional Customer Service delivery. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff as needed.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and office events.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and editing as necessary.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team members.
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for positive resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, and Customer Service roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or Customer Service is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
