Job Summary:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the “face” or voice of Nova as you are the first person on the phones and therefore create the first impression a customer will receive when they call/email/text the office to ask for help! You would be responsible for asking a series of intake questions of potential customers and scheduling an appointment for them with one of our estimators. You would also be responsible for various administrative tasks such as filing, supply ordering, preparing customer mailings and reviewing job histories for completeness. Social Media experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Answer phones and incoming office voicemails and chats.
- Create customer profiles in company software and schedule appointments with Estimators.
Administrative:
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems.
- Process customer mailings.
- Review job histories for completeness.
- Maintain print material inventory.
Communication:
- Participate in various company-wide training, including communications and cybersecurity.
- Maintain professional communication amongst staff, customers, and vendors.
Qualifications:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift – 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Monday to Friday
- Periodic Available Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nova Basement Systems, 2465 N. State Road 39, La Porte, IN 46350: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required). In-person attendance is required/no possibility for remote work.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
